Phipps Conservatory - Pittsburgh, PA
LEED Platinum Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is an internationally recognized "green building, and USGBC Penn State Student Chapter experienced the incredible building firsthand. Both guided tours and self-exploration of Phipps brought discovery of exotic flora and the sustainable building practices of the conservatory itself.
GreenBuild - Chicago
This year, the USGBC PSU Student Chapter attended GreenBuild Conference in Chicago. Since the 2015 conference in Washington D.C., our club has been attending GreenBuild annually. In Chicago we also visited the following companies: Cannon Design and SmithGroup.
